Q: What happens if I leave after 12 months?

Whether you are starting a new business, found a different provider or just want to stick to your brick-and-mortar operations, we understand that there are reasons why you might need to leave Mettrr. All of our contracts are for a year, so you have the option of discontinuing your website after one year.

When you are 14 days away from the end of your annual contract, we send out an email so that you know that your contract is about to be up. We don't want you to be surprised by your site disappearing from the web because you missed out on your renewal period. Once you get the 14-day reminder email, you have a chance to copy any of the content that you want to keep. You can also choose to renew your site for another 12 months. If you choose not to renew after 12 months, your website will be removed from the web and Mettrr will no longer host your domain.
